Employees are required to wear masks. Flair frequently washes their hands or use alcohol-based hand sanitizer when on company/client property. Also, workers avoid touching the face and covering for any coughs or sneezes.

Employees who demonstrate any symptoms (i.e. fever, cough, anosmia, GI symptoms, or shortness of breath) are required to stay home and get tested.

In-person Consultations

Flair still provides in-person consultations. During the consultation, all persons are required to wear a mask and stay socially distanced. It is encouraged that no more than four people are on the property during the consultation.

Virtual Consultations

During a Virtual Consultation, Flair walks through the buyer’s home using photographs provided by the seller/agent. As we go room to room, we view the property as a prospective buyer. Flair provides a written document with suggestions & critiques on how to enhance the salability of the buyers home!
